The Holy Baptism
We congratulate you to the birth of your child and extend a warm welcome to you and your new born child in the Parish “Pfarre Franz von Sales”. You seem to be thinking of having your child baptized. Baptism is an external sign of a God who bends down upon each human being and wants to fill him or her with his Holy Spirit.
We are happy that you want to give God the opportunity to convey this external sign of affection upon your child. Through baptism your child becomes part of the people of God and member of the Roman Catholic Church. This is a wonderful moment for you, for your child, and for us.
